Internship Quality Management (m/f/x)

For our department Quality and After Sales within LuxairTours , we are looking for a (an):
Internship Quality Management (m/f/x)

Main duties:

• Assist the Quality and After-Sales Manager at LuxairTours with daily operations.
• Support the team by managing administrative tasks and processing customer claims.
• Prepare and provide various statistics, reports, and presentations.
• Analyze root causes in quality reports and propose improvement measures.
• Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with the Quality strategy.
• Participate in internal audits and draft detailed audit reports.

Required profile:

Minimum required criteria:

• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Meticulous, focused, and structured work approach.
• Proficiency in standard MS Office applications.
• Fluency in at least two languages, including English and French.

The ideal candidate:

• Knowledge of Luxemburgish and of any other language will be considered an asset.
