YOUR TEAM

To support our Employee Services & Site Management team, we are currently looking for an intern. In your role, you will get first-hand experience in shaping modern and employee‑centric work environments and will be an integral part of the team that works on office concepts, benefit programs and internal mobility services. We are responsible for designing and delivering workplace experiences that support employee well‑being, productivity, and engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Create and align communication materials
• Adapt information on the intranet and for other communication channels
• Support with regard to events
• Support the team regarding operational activities (e.g. coordination of respective suppliers)

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in the area of communications, event management, business administration, economics, or equivalent field
• Structured way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint
• Fluent in English and German

NICE TO KNOW

• Remote work options within Germany
• Duration: 3 – 6 months
• 35 hours/week
• Salary: 13,90 €/hour
