General Information

Our Supply Chain Execution is managing the supply and demand of various footprints of VBC. A basic requirement for an internship at Schaeffler is proof of enrollment at the time of the internship. This position is available from the earliest possible date for a duration of 6 months.

Your Key Responsibilities

Updating and monitoring departmental dashboards such as blocked stock, inventory monitoring, and other operational KPIs
Analyzing data from production plants and SAP to support operations
Providing user training on new dashboards and reporting tools
Preparing reports, documentation, and presentation materials for management decision making
Supporting data quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reports and dashboards

Your Qualifications

Studies in the field of Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
Fluency in both English and German
Basic understanding of data analysis (Excel, Power BI or similar tools)
Familiarity with SAP or willingness to learn
Strong communication and presentation skills
Attention to detail and ability to work independently
