To reinforce our team, we are looking for:

Intern/Trainee Communications Manager

Your responsibilities: Coordinate communication projects, including research, calls, media monitoring, clippings, and preparation of press reviews. Support development and production of mc Group’s portfolio, company profiles, cases, and references in close collaboration with design teams. Manage and update content for mc Group’s website, newsletters, and global partner pages. Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns (organic and paid) on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Draft communication materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. Collect, structure, and maintain data from mc Group’s 10 units for case development and project documentation. Assist in New Business Coordination for international markets. Scout, screen, and evaluate potential partner agencies in new and existing markets worldwide. Maintain and expand mc Group’s global network database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date partner information. Coordinate initial relations and collaboration between mc partner agencies abroad and mc units at the Berlin headquarters. Build and maintain relationships with PR associations, professional networks, and industry stakeholders globally. Monitor communication industry trends, rankings, and competitors, and provide insights for strategic decision-making.

Your profile: You have high interest in writing and online research You are proactive, fluent in English (German is an asset), with in-depth expertise in MS Word and Excel A successful business or communications degree is considered an asset Keen interest in communications and the fast-paced agency environment Strong communication and coordination skills, assertiveness, and the ability to learn quickly
