To reinforce our team, we are looking for a: Intern/Trainee HR Recruiter/Admin (f/m/d), Berlin

Your tasks: During this 6-month internship (which will then continue as a traineeship) you will be an active part of the HR department, especially for the recruiting team. You will support the entire recruitment process and assist the team: from the job description to the screening of profiles to the actual hiring of the candidate. You will conduct interviews with potential candidates and support other departments in their decision making. You will have daily reporting meetings with other teams and the CEO. You will advise and support our employees and managers in all HR matters. You will be responsible for drafting employment contracts and references and report statistics to the recruitment agencies management on a regular basis. You manage our time recording, including vacation and sick leave, and are responsible for occupational safety.

Your profile: You have recently completed your studies, preferably in Human Resources or Communications, or you are currently enrolled in your final semester. You are interested in the areas of human resources and administrative management. You have good communication and organizational skills, are detail-oriented and can take responsibility and initiative. Fluency in English is a must
