KeyResponsibilities

• DailyaccountingforLuxembourgSPVs
• Monthlyandquarterlyclosingswhenrequired
• AssistinginthepreparationofLuxembourgstatutoryannualaccounts
• Preparationofinterimandmanagementaccountswhenrequired
• Assistingwithannualclosingprocessesandregulatoryreporting(ECDF)
• AssistinginthepreparationofVATreturnsandannualtaxdeclarations
• Cash,bankandintercompanyreconciliations
• MonitoringSPVbankaccountsandBorrowerDebtServiceAccounts
• Monitoringandmanaginginvoices
• PreparingpaymentsandintercompanyrechargesbetweenLuxembourgentities
• Assistinginthepreparationofmonthlyintereststatementsforborrowers
• Performingadhocaccountingandfinance-relatedtasks

Profile&Experience

• DegreeinAccountingorarelatedfield
• 2–3yearsofexperience inindustryorwithinanadministration / servicecompanyinLuxembourg
• Experiencein debtinvestments ispreferred
• Realestateaccounting exposureisanadvantage
• Strongknowledgeof LuxGAAP isasignificantasset
• Fluentin English (anyadditionallanguageisaplus)
• Workingknowledgeofaccountingsoftware(eFrontisanadvantage)
• Strongproficiencyin MicrosoftExcel
