Investment Analyst – Real Estate

What You’ll Do:

• Analyze real estate investment opportunities and support the team in decision-making
• Build and maintain detailed cash flow models
• Prepare investment reports and presentations
• Conduct market research and financial analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• Up to 1 year of professional experience, ideally in real estate or finance
• Excellent German and English communication skills
• Strong cash flow modeling and analytical skills
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
