Investment Banking - Associate (Generalist M&A)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of M&A transactions from start to finish.
• Oversee financial modeling, valuation analyses (DCF, LBO, comparables), and scenario planning.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations, pitch materials, and transaction documentation.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and manage communication between clients, legal advisors, and internal teams.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently at Associate level in Investment Banking or an Analyst 3 ready for promotion.
• Strong track record in M&A execution with exposure to multiple sectors.
• Advanced technical skills in financial modeling and valuation.
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
• Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
