Investment Banking Associate Tech

Our client, a leading investment banking boutique focused on Tech/Software is looking for strong additions to their team on Senior Analyst / Associate levels

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end M&A transactions in the tech and software sector, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence
• Prepare investment materials (teasers, CIMs, management presentations) and client-ready analyses
• Coordinate with clients, investors, and external advisors throughout deal execution
• Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify targets, buyers, and strategic opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• 2–5 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, or corporate finance, preferably within tech/software
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight deadlines
