Job Description

This is an opportunity to join the M&A team in the Frankfurt office of an international mid-market investment bank.

The role is well suited to analysts looking to gain strong exposure to transaction execution and financial analysis. Responsibilities include supporting the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, business plans and information memoranda, as well as conducting market and company research.

Analysts will work closely with senior team members on live transactions and client presentations, gaining exposure to both clients and investors throughout the deal process.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of professional experience
• Existing affinity to the Investment Banking sector, gained through academic and/or professional experience
• Prior involvement in multiple M&A transactions, from start to finish
• Robust financial and analytical skill set
• Strong organisational skills
• Able to collaborate effectively within a team
• A self-starter with a positive outlook and can-do attitude
