Investment Portfolio Manager at Bonn, Germany

• Manage and optimize investment portfolios with a long-term value creation mindset
• Review and analyze business plans, financial models, and periodic financial reports
• Define financial targets and performance benchmarks
• Evaluate investment opportunities including acquisitions, divestments, and partnerships
• Support strategic initiatives such as restructuring, carve-outs, and operational improvements
• Prepare management-level and board-level reports and presentations
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, or investment management
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in German and English
• Strong communication and stakeholder managementabilities
