We are building a new global ISIT organization for our Robotics company, creating the digital foundation that will support our worldwide sales, service and production of robots. This is a rare opportunity to join at the very beginning and help shape the systems, processes and tools that will drive our future. As IS Legal & Integrity Applications Manager, you will lead the Robotics application portfolio in alignment with our global IS strategy. You will collaborate with internal customers, regional teams and external partners to ensure our applications are reliable, scalable and deliver real business value. You will guide a multinational team and play a key role in harmonizing processes, improving data quality and driving standardization across the organization.

Your responsibilities

• Govern the application portfolio, ensuring transparency, prioritization and alignment with senior stakeholders. It is a strong merit if you have been working with Legal & Integrity applications.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of applications and systems while ensuring high quality and reliable IT services.
• Lead the day to day management of the application organization, including budgeting, staffing and vendor management.
• Define and enhance methodologies and practices for application lifecycle management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with IS standards, security requirements and relevant regulations across all application services.

The position is available in Italy Milan, Spain Barcelona, Czech Republic Prague, India Bangalore, Sweden, Estland, Portugal and Poland Krakow with a hybrid working model depending on country.

Your background

• Master’s degree and 8+ years of experience in application development, configuration, deployment and maintenance.
• At least 3 years of global leadership experience in a complex, multinational environment.
• Proven experience managing or deploying application services with strong understanding of end to end business processes.
• Demonstrated success leading geographically dispersed and diverse teams.
• Strong negotiation, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• ITIL knowledge is an advantage.

You will navigate multi country implementations, manage diverse stakeholder expectations and collaborate with internal and external partners in an outsourced environment.
