Your mission

• You will maintain and further develop our M365 & Azure environment.
• You will design the cross-location & group-wide IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operation.
• You will administer cloud and hybrid infrastructures and systems.
• You will provide first and second level support and further develop our ticket and monitoring system.
• You will be involved in the development and further refinement of security and compliance guidelines, including ISMS.
• You will actively participate in various IT projects as part of a team and coordinate external service providers.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed IT training, a degree in IT or have a comparable qualification.
• You have relevant professional experience in the tasks mentioned.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft M365 and Azure (e.g. Exchange Online, Teams & Teams telephony, Entra, Intune, SharePoint, Defender, etc.).
• You have in-depth knowledge of Windows operating system administration, virtualisation and network infrastructure
• You have a comprehensive understanding of all areas of IT security, including Microsoft Defender and the development of an ISMS, and can assess and resolve security incidents and risks
• Knowledge of programming or scripting (e.g. PowerShell) is an advantage.
• You have excellent problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve complex IT issues.
• The ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team with very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
