IT Administrator (m/f/d) - Infrastructure & Microsoft 365

• 1st/2nd level support for users (Windows, Android, iOS)
• Administration and development of our Microsoft 365 environment
• Support for the hybrid infrastructure (MS Cloud + On-Prem)
• Administration of:
  • Active Directory & group policies
  • Virtualisation environments (e.g. VMware, Azure VM)
  • Backup and restore systems (e.g. Veeam)
  • Firewall and network systems (e.g. Fortinet or similar)
  • Azure Cloud administration
  • Administration of VoIP telecommunications systems
• Monitoring, patch management and security
• Collaboration on infrastructure projects (networks, servers, laboratory PCs)
• Close cooperation with IT engineers, IT project management and external partners
• Support with GMP-compliant documentation and IT processes

• Several years of experience in IT administration
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Sharepoint Online, Microsoft Teams, etc.
• Good knowledge of hybrid AD structures
• Knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
  • Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V or similar)
  • Backup solutions
  • Firewall/network environments
• Understanding of IT security (MFA, endpoint security, network segmentation)
• Experience in regulated environments (e.g. GMP, ISO 27001) is an advantage
• Team player with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
• Hands-on mentality and ability to set priorities independently
• Interest in development and modern IT architectures
