What you can expect

• First point of contact for all IT-related employee inquiries
• Analysis, classification, and documentation of incoming inquiries in the ticket system
• Independent processing of support cases in 1st and 2nd level support – remotely, by phone, or on site
• Timely, qualified, and subject-specific forwarding to 3rd level support
• Creation and maintenance of a knowledge base management system
• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of standard software, software packages, clients, and mobile devices

Your requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or comparable IT training
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products
• Technical understanding of hardware components, peripherals, network topologies, firewalls/VPNs, and the configuration of virtual environments with VMware
• High level of customer and service orientation as well as ability to work in a team
• Willingness to travel within the scope of your work
