We are looking for a

IT administrator (m/f/d)
to start as soon as possible.
As a pioneer in the digitization of hospitals, EVK Mettmann has several independent data centers and a comprehensive electronic patient record system, among other things. Whether subsystems or patient charts – we live our everyday lives digitally. As a primary and regular care provider, we treat around 11,000 inpatients and over 18,000 outpatients annually according to the highest medical and nursing quality standards. In addition, we have a medical care center at four locations.

Your tasks

• Service-oriented application support at 1st/2nd level
• Ensuring IT operations in our own data center
• Installation and configuration of end devices (PCs, notebooks, printers, etc.)
• Collaboration in IT projects
• Support for the HIS team

What you bring to the table

• Completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualifications in the IT field or professional experience in system administration
• Several years of professional experience in IT system support
• Basic knowledge of network concepts, security strategies, and backup solutions
• Several years of experience in user support
• Experience with Microsoft server and client operating systems in a domain environment, experience with the ORBIS HIS system is desirable
• High level of service orientation and service-oriented approach to work
• Ability to work in a team, resilience, customer-oriented and independent working style
• In particular, a high degree of cooperation and teamwork skills
• Willingness to undergo training and experience
