Role Overview

We are looking for a consultant to support financial management, cost transparency, and optimization of IT services .

This role operates at the intersection of IT, Finance, and Business , with a focus on analyzing technology-related costs, improving financial visibility, and supporting budgeting and forecasting processes . The objective is to ensure that IT spending is transparent, controlled, and aligned with business priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Transparency & Analysis

• Analyze IT service usage and related costs
• Ensure accurate cost allocation across systems, services, and business units
• Develop and maintain cost reports and dashboards

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Support IT budget planning and forecasting activities
• Track actual vs planned spend and analyze deviations
• Provide insights to improve financial planning accuracy

Cost Optimization & Governance

• Identify opportunities to optimize IT spending and improve efficiency
• Support implementation of cost control mechanisms and governance practices

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with IT, Finance, and Business stakeholders
• Help align IT spending with business needs and value delivery

Communication & Enablement

• Translate cost into clear financial insights
• Support stakeholders in understanding cost drivers and optimization levers
• Promote cost awareness across teams
