IT Manager Business Process (m/f/d) - SAP PLM/QM

Join cosnova Italia as an experienced IT Manager focused on SAP Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management (QM) modules within the SAP ERP landscape.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure processes and system adjustments for the PLM (Recipe Development) and QM modules in SAP ERP (6.0 EHP 8, HANA DB).
• Consult and assess technical requirements, ensuring on‑time implementation in coordination with team members, internal stakeholders, and external consultants.
• Monitor interfaces and provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd‑level support within the team.
• Lead project work and project responsibility, e.g., in the context of the S/4 migration.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed a university degree (Computer Science, Chemistry, Biology, or a comparable field), ideally with REACH compliance experience.
• Several years of professional experience in PLM, QM, or in‑house SAP consulting/customising, including project conception.
• Solid practical knowledge in at least one SAP ERP module, or a strong interest in learning it.
• Good process knowledge in PLM or QM and a structured, analytical working style.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
