Your tasks

IT strategy & digitalization

• Overall responsibility for IT strategy in close coordination with senior management
• Technical and disciplinary leadership, motivation, and further development of the IT team
• Establishment, management, and optimization of effective team and management structures
• Responsibility for IT budget, resource planning, and investment decisions
• Ensuring stable, secure, and scalable IT operations
• Management of external service providers and technology partners
• Promotion of a modern leadership and innovation culture
• Development and implementation of a group-wide IT strategy
• Identification and realization of digitization potential
• Selection, introduction, and further development of IT systems and tools

IT infrastructure & applications

• Responsibility for the stable operation of the IT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud, workstations)
• Support for agency-specific software solutions (e.g., Adobe CC, project management, collaboration, and CRM systems)
• Ensuring availability, performance, and scalability

IT security & data protection

• Implementation and further development of IT security and backup concepts
• Ensuring GDPR-compliant data processing
• Collaboration with data protection officers and external service providers

Project & requirements management

• Management and implementation of IT projects
• Interface between specialist departments, management, and external partners
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions

IT organization & cost management

• Coordinating external IT service providers
• Budget, license, and contract management
• Development and optimization of IT processes and support structures

Your profile

• Degree in IT or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a generalist IT role
• Experience in project management and the digitization of business processes
• Knowledge of IT security and data protection (GDPR)
• Knowledge of software and database development (MSSQL)
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach to work
• Understanding of creative and commercial processes
