We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Level 1 IT Support Specialist to join our on‑site IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing first‑level support to our internal users, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and maintaining our IT assets. The role requires a strong foundation in IT principles, excellent problem‑solving skills, and a customer‑focused attitude.

Profile Requirement

Mandatory

• Proven experience in the field of IT Support in a large corporate and international environment.
• User Support experience onsite.
• Hardware support to handle the workplace and user equipment through its entire life cycle.
• Data Center experience for performing hands‑on maintenance on network, unified communication, telecom equipment, or other back‑end infrastructure equipment.
• Application support with commonly used programs and platform such as Windows or MS 365.
• Experience with liaising with various IT Subject Matter Experts for issue resolution and/or fulfilling users’ service requests.
• ServiceNow experience.
• Staging and deploying iPhones.
• Advanced Zoom knowledge (especially for hybrid setups).
• Cisco Unified Communications.
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are an advantage
• ITIL certification
