Your Responsibilities

  • Leadership with vision: You will take on the disciplinary and technical leadership of our team of experts (Windows, Linux, networking) in the “Platform Operations Center” (2nd-level) and ensure a motivating work environment.
  • Taking Responsibility: You ensure the smooth operation of our clients’ IT infrastructures and are responsible for staff scheduling as well as the cost‑effective utilization of your department.
  • Managing Projects: You plan, monitor, and manage exciting IT projects in the business client environment while keeping an eye on timelines and quality.
  • Strategy & Growth: You strategically develop our portfolio of expertise and solutions and expand your team with a focus on the future.
  • Delighting customers: You proactively support our sales team during pre‑sales meetings and advise customers on an equal footing with your technical expertise.

Your Profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in the disciplinary and technical leadership of IT operations teams.
  • A successfully completed technical degree or comparable IT training forms the foundation of your background.
  • You feel at home in the field of managed services and hosting of customer IT infrastructures and understand the technical and business contexts.
  • You are a strong communicator and team player with a pronounced hands‑on mentality, entrepreneurial thinking, and excellent presentation skills.
  • Fluency in German and good English skills, as well as a Class B driver’s license (for occasional client visits), round out your profile.
