As an IT Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

you will be responsible for the stable, secure, and high-performance operation of our Windows client and application landscape. You ensure a reliable and service-oriented client environment while being the central technical contact for national and international support requests.

For more than 45 years, DSA has been developing innovative and customised communication solutions for vehicle electronics. With your commitment, you will ensure that our internal IT infrastructure provides optimal support for these technological solutions as a powerful and stable basis.

Your Tasks

• Your responsibilities include comprehensive client support, from configuration and rollout to maintenance and troubleshooting of Windows clients and mobile devices, both remotely and on site.
• You develop our Windows client and application landscape, implement modern solutions, and optimise existing infrastructures with a view to performance, security, and scalability.
• You independently coordinate the structured monitoring of the client IT landscape and ensure stable IT operations through controlled incident, problem, and change handling.
• You support the patch and update management of client systems to ensure security, stability, and compliance, and you are responsible for structured user, rights, and access management with clearly defined roles and access concepts.
• Working closely with sales, production, development, and other interfaces, you analyse requirements and develop innovative, practical solutions.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer. You have successfully completed a training programme or degree in IT systems integration or a comparable field.
• You have in-depth knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, as well as common client hardware.
• You have experience with Active Directory (user group and rights management) in addition to backup and recovery processes.
• You have basic knowledge of IT security, particularly with regard to patch management, antivirus/EDR and authorisation concepts.
• You have experience in 1st and/or 2nd level support as well as in dealing with IT ticket systems, and you prioritise requests in a structured and service-oriented manner.
• You work systematically, analytically and solution-oriented – even under time pressure.
• You take initiative, have a sense of responsibility, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You enjoy working in a team, communicate convincingly, and contribute your ideas constructively.
• You are fluent in German and have very good English skills.
