Your Mission

Are you passionate about technological innovation and ready to make a real impact? We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join our Technology Organization. In this role, you will lead the deployment of cutting-edge solutions across key functional teams at BMG, driving efficiency and tangible business results. You will bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, overseeing seamless integrations and ensuring the smooth execution of strategic initiatives. What You'll Be Doing

• Roadmap Management: Lead the definition and implementation of the technology roadmap, ensuring all projects are aligned with broader business priorities.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as the central point of contact between engineering, product teams, and business units to facilitate collaboration.
• Framework Development: Design and implement frameworks for the seamless adoption of new technologies; track and report on KPIs to validate success.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a data-driven culture of experimentation, utilizing feedback loops to optimize workflows and tools.
• Strategic Insight: Monitor emerging technology trends to enhance our IT strategy and manage effective communication regarding innovation updates.

What We Are Looking For

• Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT project or product management.
• Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage technology rollouts and integrations effectively across various teams.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage expectations and align diverse stakeholder groups.
• Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience in the music, media, or publishing sectors, as well as initial leadership experience, is desirable but not mandatory.
• Work Style: A proactive problem-solver who is adaptable and performs well in a dynamic, high-speed environment.
