Your tasks

Supporting JUMO departments in the selection of software solutions
Responsible management of project execution from kickoff to go-live (implementation, upgrade, rollout)
Use of the demand management process for internal customer requests
Managing the project teams through all project phases as the central point of contact
Monitoring time, quality, and budget plans
Organizing and coordinating complex framework conditions
Advising our internal customers and ensuring efficient order clarification
Reporting on project progress to management committees and preparing project-related decision templates

Your profile

Degree in business informatics, business administration, or comparable qualifications
Ability to work in a team, strong presentation skills, and persuasiveness
Experience in the digitization of business processes
Several years of experience and certification in project management models (PMI, PRINCE, or similar)
Experience in sales and multi-project management desirable
Willingness to travel
Very good German and English skills
