IT Security Specialist (m/f/d) Full-time / Part-time

We are looking to fill several positions in the area of corporate security in the IT Security Office (GSIS) as soon as possible.

• Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (senior civil service)
• Area of responsibility
• As the central service provider for the DRV-Bund, the Corporate Security department is responsible for IT and physical security, the protection of personal data, confidentiality and emergency management, as well as policy and cross-functional tasks. The GSIS staff unit is responsible for coordinating cross-agency IT security at the DRV and directly supports the DRV's IT security officer.

• Organizing and coordinating cross-agency information security, in particular security and IS risk management
• Advising internal and external stakeholders of the pension insurance institutions on operational issues
• Supporting the planning and implementation of audits
• Documenting and maintaining the information security policy
• Designing, planning, and, if necessary, conducting training courses and workshops
• Supporting the DRV's security management in the coordination of the risk, compliance, BCM, and data protection management systems
• Managing (sub)projects and conducting project reviews, as well as identifying potential for improvement

• A university degree (bachelor's, diploma/ university of applied sciences or equivalent); ideally in the field of STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or completed vocational training in the IT sector with several years of relevant professional experience or a comparable qualification, e.g., an IT-specific qualification, with many years of relevant professional experience
• Initial professional experience in the IT environment
• Several years (ideally many years) of professional experience in agile project management in the IT environment or in IS risk management or IT security
• Proven knowledge (certificates) in the field of IT security or IS risk management or in the field of agile project management
• Business fluent German, both written and spoken
• Clear and transparent communication at various levels as well as strong coordination and management skills round off your profile
