Your mission

• Provide First- and Second-Level Support. This position is the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests for all Lab14 Group employees, as well as on-site IT contact for our local desktop users
• Receiving, analyzing and processing support requests from users.
• Documentation of support requests in a trouble-ticket system and forwarding to the responsible departments as required
• Working closely with the IT team to isolate and resolve IT-related issues.
• User management
• Installation, configuration and administration of end user devices
• Installation, configuration and administration of the Microsoft environment
• Ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure in use
• Active participation in current IT projects and processes
• Expansion and maintenance of IT documentation and knowledge database

Your profile

• Windows - operating system knowledge required, Linux and virtualization desirable
• Experience with the administration of Microsoft 365
• Good Active Directory knowledge
• Good knowledge of IT hardware
• Advanced network knowledge
• First-level support experience
• At least language level B2 in German and English
• Proven ability to deal with new IT topics and to cope with changing IT challenges
• Friendly demeanor, enjoyment of IT and learning, and ability to work independently in a solution-oriented manner
