For our headquarters in Mauerstetten, we are currently seeking a full‑time Service Desk Manager (m/f/d) to join our IT team.
Your Responsibilities
As part of our IT organization, we are seeking a Service Desk Manager to fill a succession role. You will assume technical and organisational responsibility for our 1st Level Support. This is the first point of contact for all IT‑related issues raised by our employees at headquarters, the central warehouse, and in our approximately 60 stores.
This Includes
- You will bear technical and organisational responsibility for our support and work as a reliable partner with the IT team.
- You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, service requests, and user support—both by phone and via the ticket system.
- You prioritise, coordinate, and track the processing of tickets, ensure prompt resolution, and keep users regularly updated.
- You maintain the CMDB and the knowledge base, contribute to their further development, and use them to increase efficiency and transparency.
- You analyse recurring issues, identify causes, and initiate actionable improvement measures.
- You participate in IT rollouts, system migrations, and branch projects and support their smooth implementation.
- You will mentor our IT trainees, provide technical feedback, and foster their professional development.
What You Bring To The Table
- Several years of experience in IT support or IT service management, ideally with leadership responsibilities
- In‑depth knowledge of ITIL, ticketing systems, and service processes
- An open mindset: you are solution‑oriented, your leadership style is motivating and approachable, and you enjoy teamwork
- Strong communication skills at all levels—whether with technical professionals or store associates
- Enthusiasm for the retail world and a desire to create real added value through technology
