IT Service Desk Specialist

Responsibilities

• IT service desk and IT support: first point of contact for IT problems and IT questions
• 1st Level Support & 2nd Level Support: receiving and analyzing incident reports
• Installation and configuration: setting up and maintaining hardware and software
• Network support: monitoring and ensuring network security
• Problem analysis and troubleshooting: documenting and resolving IT issues
• Participation in the company's IT strategy

Qualifications

• Completed training as an IT specialist or comparable qualification
• High IT affinity and interest in system integration: You are enthusiastic about technology and have a good understanding of IT systems and their integration
• Experience in IT support and network administration: You have already gained experience in IT support and are familiar with network administration
• Good communication skills and team spirit: You can explain complex technical matters clearly and enjoy working in a team
• Very good German skills and good English skills
