• Reliable in receiving, analyzing, and resolving a wide variety of malfunctions

YOU have

• Completed training in the IT field (ideally)
• Technical understanding of current Microsoft environments (Windows 11, Office) and peripheral devices (printers, headsets, telephones, projectors)
• Knowledge of hardware, especially IGEL thin clients and notebooks, as well as an understanding of cabling, power supply, and physical connections in the workplace
• Basic knowledge of networks and server environments (ideally)
• The ability to logically narrow down complex technical problems
• A class B driver's license
