IT Support Specialist 2nd Level - Networking (m/f/d)

Your mission

• Be the go-to person for our customers and our 1st-level support team when it comes to networking, connectivity, and infrastructure.
• Solve complex technical issues and keep networks fast, stable, and secure.
• Design and optimize network setups — from LAN/Wi‑Fi to VPNs and cloud integrations (AWS, Azure).
• Work closely with customers to deliver clear, solution‑oriented guidance.
• Help our IT Ops team improve and automate workflows like monitoring, onboarding, and diagnostics.

Your profile

• IT apprenticeship or equivalent experience as a system admin — ideally with a strong networking focus.
• Hands‑on experience with MDM systems, VPNs, ZTNA, and device connectivity.
• Solid knowledge of networking hardware (Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti) and protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLANs, IPv6).
• Comfortable with cloud networking (DNS, DHCP, routing, security policies, Wi‑Fi optimization).
• Customer‑focused, empathetic, and able to explain technical topics clearly.
• A hands‑on, proactive mindset — you enjoy shaping and improving infrastructure.
• Fluent in English (C1).
