Tasks

Your mission

Rebuild infrastructures: From proprietary to open source – you migrate systems and make them independent
Rocking security: With OPNsense, Wazuh & Co., you build fortresses that are not just "somewhat secure."
AI & automation: You integrate smart solutions so that systems can heal themselves (and you have more time for coffee)
Share knowledge: You document and train customers—because freedom only works when everyone understands it

Qualifications

What you bring to the table

Love of Linux: The console is your home, Bash is your best friend
Proxmox pro: Virtualization is not rocket science for you, but part of your everyday life
Security mindset: You think in terms of risks and solutions – not "We've always done it this way."
Pragmatic hacker spirit: You like to try new things (home lab? GitHub projects? Bring it on!)
Bonus: Experience with Odoo or ERPNExt (ERP/CRM) or a desire to learn about them
