We are seeking an IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) CAFM to start as soon as possible.
Salary classification is based on TVöD-VKA.

Your responsibilities

• Independent implementation of projects using facility management software, from concept to release, as well as other projects
• Maintenance and customization of the FM software and implementation of updates
• Supporting APZ employees during the introduction and/or expansion of software solutions, serving as a reliable and professional point of contact throughout the entire project
• Identifying and analyzing APZ requirements and business processes to further develop FM software solutions
• Monitoring the annual FM software project budget
• Controlling for the Construction and Facility Management division, including investment and operating cost planning

Your Profile

• Degree in Business Informatics, Facility Management, or a technician or master craftsman certification, or a comparable qualification
• Practical professional experience in the CAFM field
• Professional experience with facility management software is a plus
• Affinity for software solutions
• Development skills and openness to new topics
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Entrepreneurial and customer-oriented approach to work
