IT Systems Engineer Network (m/f/d) / IT Specialist System Integration (m/f/d)

Areas of responsibility

Your responsibilities

are part of the following processes within the service lifecycle in accordance with ITIL

• Service design (in particular capacity, information security, and availability management)
• Service transition (especially release, deployment, and test management)
• Service operation (especially incident and problem management at the 2nd/3rd level)
• Continual service improvement

Your focus will be on

• Conceptual expansion and modification of our modern IP network
• Sample configuration and support for all network components (LAN, WAN, WLAN)
• Configuration and support for the associated authentication servers and certificates
• Error analysis and troubleshooting in 2nd/3rd level support
• Support for IT security components in the network sector

Requirements profile

Your profile

• University degree in computer science, data technology, or communications engineering, or a degree as an IT specialist in system integration (m/f/d)
• Relevant professional experience in network design, configuration, and operation
• ITIL knowledge desirable
• Experience with HP and network authentication in LAN/WLAN an advantage
