Position : IT Systems Engineer-Technical Manager

Responsibilities

• Installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT systems in project andcustomer environments
• Participation in the automation and continuous optimization of IT systems, tools,and monitoring solutions
• Creation, maintenance, and further development of technical documentation
• Collaboration in the administration, maintenance, and optimization of the existing server andnetwork environment
• Support in managing suppliers and subcontractors
• Support in determining the degree of progress and cash outflow in the project

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT specialist for system integration)or comparable qualification
• Knowledge of common IT technologies such as Windows, Linux, network systems,virtualization (VMware vSphere), backup and monitoring solutions (Veeam Backup andcheck_mk)
• Practical experience with scripting languages such as Bash,
• PowerShell, or Python, as well as withautomation solutions such as Ansible
• Technological curiosity, initiative, and sense of responsibility
• Broad basic understanding of IT and motivation to learn about and continuously develop complex IT systems andsystem landscapes and to continuously develop your skills
• Enjoy working in a team to achieve a common goal
• Good written and spoken English and Germanskills
• Willingness to travel worldwide, but with a focus on working at our locationin Bremen
