Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders to develop a plan to perform Oracle cloud transformation.
• Implementation of all technology components as well as processes.
• Agile scrum Master with development and database technology experience.
• Oversee the implementation of the plan on behalf of stakeholders to time, quality and cost
• Implementation of Governance Structure utilizing consistent decision making processes
• Adherence to agreed schedule & timelines
• Delivery within cost & budget
• Management of risks & issues
• Identification of critical Dependencies
• Stakeholders engagement and expectations management
• Resources Management and timekeeping

Mandatory Skills

• Java
• Software Development
• Mandatory Skills Description:
• • 10 yrs+ experience in Project Management of both development and infrastructure projects
• • Relevant experience in managing Oracle database security projects
• • Knowledge of CyberArk technologies, Oracle DAM, Oracle databases technologies and Oracle Enterprise manager environments
• • Demonstrable track record of delivering similar projects applying a methodology such as Prince2 or PMBOK
• • Excellent team leader, able to work in virtual global teams in a matrix organization
• • Extensive analytical skills, flexibility regarding problem solving
• • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
• • Able to work in fast paced environment
• • Fluent written and spoken English, German is a plus
