Overview

Für den Onsite Support am Standort unseres Kunden, suchen wir ab sofort einen IT-Techniker (m/w/d). Als Deskside bzw. Field Service Techniker/in lösen Sie Kundensupportprobleme direkt vor Ort am Standort unseres Kunden.

Responsibilities

• 2nd Level Support, Analyse und Beseitigung auftretender Störungen in Standard- und betriebsspezifischer Software und Hardware
• Bearbeitung von Supportanfragen via Ticketsystem
• Installation und Konfiguration von PCs, Laptops und Druckern
• Regelmäßige Prüfung der IT-Ausstattung in Büros und Konferenzräumen
• Aufbau neuer Hardware und Lagerhaltung
• Eskalation und Kommunikation an 3rd Level mittels kundenspezifischen Ticketsystem

Qualifications

• Sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
• Fundierte PC- Kenntnisse im Bereich Software und Hardware sowie in: Windows-Betriebssystemen WIN7 / WIN10, Netzwerk- und Office-Anwendungen, Mobile Device Management Support
• Wünschenswert Kenntnisse in Active Directory, Microsoft Server, Exchange, Asset Management Tools, Office 365, IP-Telefonie, ITIL sowie Erfahrung mit einem Ticketsystem
• Die Person verfügt über eine IT-Ausbildung oder mehrjährige IT-Erfahrung als Quereinsteiger
• Führerschein Klasse B
