Responsibilities

• Responsible for the construction and operation and maintenance of IT infrastructure in the office and covered areas, including the installation, commissioning and operation and maintenance of computer room projects, structured cabling, network equipment and servers, to ensure the safe and stable operation of the system;
• Responsible for the installation, distribution of office terminals such as computers and printers, as well as the detection and resolution of daily hardware problems and desktop issues;
• Responsible for providing 7*24 global IT technical support services to office users worldwide, familiar with ITSM systems and ITIL-related processes;
• Responsible for writing IT support technical documents, building an IT knowledge base, and promoting the standardization of IT services; regularly summarize IT technical support issues and output reports to promote the optimization and improvement of IT service quality.

Qualifications

• Major in computer-related fields, with a bachelor's degree or above;
• More than 2 years of experience in overseas office network construction and desktop support services;
• Familiar with professional knowledge in computer networks, familiar with mainstream routers, switches, firewalls, server products and related technologies; those with Cisco CCNA/CCNP or other manufacturers' relevant certifications are preferred;
• The language of the country where you are located, English or Chinese can be used as the working language, with fluent oral communication skills.
