ITIL Service Delivery / ITSM Process Lead

We are seeking an experienced ITIL Service Delivery / ITSM Process Lead to support a critical Financial Planning platform used at CFO level in a €60B P/A pharmaceutical firm.

The Finance platform runs on SAP (prior experience not essential) supported by three teams (Development, Operations, and IT Outsourcer for 1st line).

Key Responsibilities:

• Review existing ITIL / ITSM processes for the Financial Planning System. (ServiceNow is the primary tool)
• Recommend and design, document target ITIL /ITSM processes
• Ensure smooth delivery and alignment across ~30 people and multiple teams.
• Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and stakeholders to drive accountability.
• Oversee integrations with other platforms not owned by the team.
• Act as a strong coordinator, ensuring stability of this critical platform.

Requirements:

Proven track record in ITIL implementations for similar platforms in Finance, Size and Complexity.
Experience working in complex Finance environments.
Ability to influence, align, and drive multiple teams.

Details:

Start: Early November (interviews after 29th Oct, CVs in by 20th Oct)
Duration: 12 months (most probably 6 month commitment upfront)
