We are looking for a driven and market-oriented Product Manager to join our growing IVD business in Indonesia. If you enjoy working closely with distributors, engaging with the market, and driving product success from evaluation to commercialization — this role is for you.

Ozelle is a diagnostic technology company advancing the fourth generation of hematology analysis through AI × Complete Blood Morphology (AI × CBM). Founded in Silicon Valley in 2014, we combine high-resolution cellular imaging with AI to make blood morphology assessment scalable and standardized. Our systems are deployed globally in medical and veterinary markets, with operations including Frankfurt, Germany.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with local distributors in Indonesia, supporting product evaluation, testing, and onboarding, and driving successful market launches
• Stay close to the market — understand customer needs, track competitors, and provide insights to improve product performance
• Visit hospitals and laboratories together with distributors and sales teams to gather real user feedback and identify opportunities
• Support marketing activities such as exhibitions, academic events, and product training to increase product awareness
• Act as a key bridge between Indonesia and HQ, ensuring smooth communication and fast response to market needs
• Keep up with market trends (regulations, pricing, competition) and help adapt strategies accordingly
• Travel across Indonesia to support key partners and projects

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in the IVD industry (product, marketing, or sales background)
• Good understanding of the Indonesian healthcare market and distributor network
• Experience working with distributors and supporting product introduction is a strong plus
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, with working-level English
• Strong communication skills and hands‑on mindset
• Able to work independently, learn fast, and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Willing to travel frequently within Indonesia
