Japanese Speaking Infrastructure System Engineer

TYPE : Permanent, full-time

WORKING HOURS : 40 hours / week (Occasional overtime or on-call support may be required)

SALARY : €50-55k

LOCATION : Dusseldorf

System Engineer Main Responsibilities :

• Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support for clients both on-site and off-site
• Perform accurate and timely diagnosis and rectification of system faults, ensuring prompt case resolution and maximum customer satisfaction
• Handle system integration, office relocation services, system installations, configurations, migrations, and removals for clients and internal systems
• Manage small system integration and office relocation projects, ensuring timely, budget‑compliant, and high‑quality project deliverables
• Collaborate with partners and provide outstanding customer service

Infrastructure System Engineer Ideal Candidate :

• 3+ years of technical support experience in the IT industry
• Administration experience with Windows services (AD, GPO, Printer, Shared Folders)
• Strong knowledge of operating systems, including Windows 10, iOS, and Android
• Basic knowledge of networking (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi)
• Familiarity with Windows Server 2016 / 2019 / 2022
• Excellent communication skills with clients, end‑users, vendors, and third parties
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
