Our Platform Engineering team

Our Platform Engineering team builds the backbone of our data and AI capabilities, enabling reliable, scalable, and secure platforms for business‑critical solutions. We combine expertise from data engineering, cloud engineering, software development, data modeling, and architecture, to create platforms that support both current and future business needs.

• Designing and implementing cloud‑native platforms and infrastructure
• Building data pipelines, warehouses, and lakehouses for AI pipelines
• Developing software solutions that interact with or leverage platform capabilities
• Defining data models and architecture standards for consistency and scalability
• Ensuring security, reliability, and maintainability of all platform components

Requirements

Core Requirements

• Strong experience in data engineering, cloud engineering, or software development
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and modern data infrastructure
• Familiarity with data modeling, architecture, and platform design
• Hands‑on experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehouses, or lakehouses
• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ownership mindset

What Makes You Stand Out

• Experience in end‑to‑end platform development
• Exposure to MLOps, analytics, or AI pipelines
• Ability to influence architecture and technical strategy
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
