Joint Venture Manager

We’re looking for a senior professional to lead stakeholder engagement, joint venture governance, and financing coordination for major offshore wind and infrastructure projects across Europe.

What You’ll Do

• Be the go-to contact for shareholders, lenders, and advisors, ensuring clear, consistent, and transparent communication.
• Build trusted relationships and represent your organization professionally at every level.
• Manage JV governance, including boards, committees, covenants, and reporting obligations.
• Prepare decision papers, board materials, minutes, and coordinate pre-reads and follow-ups.
• Align operational, commercial, and strategic priorities across project teams, partners, and shareholders.
• Support budgeting, performance tracking, KPI reporting, and financial model validation.
• Navigate complex stakeholder interests, driving alignment and facilitating escalations when needed.

Your Profile

• Proven experience in project finance, financing teams, or hands-on infrastructure JV management.
• Commercial or legal background with experience in complex transactional environments.
• Strong project management skills and confident senior-level communication.
• Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Full professional fluency in English and German (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany (~10%).
• Experience with multi-shareholder governance structures and lender engagement.
• Exposure to complex financing structures, covenants, consent processes, and loan agreement administration.
• Understanding of offshore wind contractual frameworks and project delivery models.
• Strong financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret key outputs and drivers.
