Role Reports To Sr. Trade Ops Manager

Location Europe/Middle East/Africa, Germany, North Rhine Westphalia, Rhein-Kreis Neuss

What You Will Do

Jr. Trade Operations Manager This position reports into Senior Trade Operations Manager Germany and is based in Neuss, Germany.

Key Responsibilities

• Independent development & implementation of national and client-specific activation
• Analysis of the results and promotion ROIs
• Strategic cooperation with the customer activation
• Independent display and BTL material development in cooperation with agencies
• Close cooperation with marketing and sales on promotions, launch support, sales documents, market trends, and competitive information
• Independent management of the Budget

Required Qualifications

• Above-average university degree in business administration with a focus on marketing, sales or trade
• Ideally, first years of professional experience in (trade) marketing or sales, preferably in the consumer goods industry or in the cosmetics sector
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English
• Sound Office user skills
• Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Ability to work under pressure, willingness to work and organizational skills
• Agile mindset and fun with agile working methods and processes
