Junior Account Executive | Build Your Career in CSS Affiliate & Partnerships

This role is designed for a junior to intermediate professional who wants to take the next step and grow into a more strategic partnership role over time.

Tasks

• Support and maintain relationships with merchants and affiliate networks
• Coordinate and respond to inbound partner communication (50–100 requests per month)
• Assist in CPO negotiations and budget discussions
• Help identify and develop new partnership opportunities
• Prepare performance reports for internal stakeholders
• Support the Affiliate Partnerships Manager and Head of Affiliates with ongoing initiatives
• Attend selected partner events and trade shows

After structured onboarding, you will gradually take ownership of your accounts and workload.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or similar

Experience: 1+ year in a client-facing role

Partnerships: Initial experience managing client or partner accounts

Performance Metrics: Familiar with CPO, CTR, ROAS, AOV, CPC

CRM: Experience with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly

Languages: Fluent English and either Spanish or French required; multilingual candidates (e.g. Italian or German) are highly valued

Industry Knowledge: E-commerce, PPC, or affiliate marketing (a plus)
