We are looking for a German-spekaing Renewals Executive based in/near Mönchengladbach, DE or Houten, NL !

The Renewals Quote Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of generating and maintaining renewals quotations. This role plays a critical part in supporting customer retention and revenue continuity by ensuring timely, accurate and customer aligned renewal quotes.

Working closing with Sales, Customer Success and Vendor Management teams, the specialist ensures that all the renewal opportunities are identified, quoted and followed up on in line with the business objectives.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to managing timelines and customer expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities

Generate accurate and timely renewal quotations.
Maintain and track renewal pipelines, ensuring all opportunities are actioned within required timeframes.
Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to align renewal quotes with customer needs and business goals.
Liaise with vendors to obtain pricing and ensure quote accuracy.
Monitor contract expiry dates and proactively initiate renewal processes.
Resolve quote-related queries and discrepancies, escalating where necessary.

Qualifications / Requirements

Experience in quoting, renewals, or sales operations within the IT industry.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in CRM and quoting tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms).
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to tight deadlines.
Understanding of IT product lifecycles and licensing models is advantageous.
