Our international and multilingual team is looking for a

Junior Accountant (m/f/d) Italy

Time limited contract of appr. 1 year (maternity leave replacement)

to support our European Headquarter in Munich, Germany and whose primary responsibility will be to service and support our Italian Finance Team.

What would you do @ Helly Hansen:

• Support to the Finance Team for all processes and activities related to the accounting of Accounts Payable.
• At times providing support to the Finance Team for Account Receivables management incl. dunning process, payment flow and customer management in terms of credit scoring and limit.
• Support for all general country administration tasks (e.g. Showroom contracts, Agent contracts, Insurances, Car Leases, Travel expenses).
• Booking of bank transactions and performing necessary reconciliations on bank and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable sub-ledger.
• Reliable and competent contact person for some of the AP/AR processes for Italy (Customer Service, Sales Team, Marketing Team)

What you bring:

• Completed apprenticeships or studies in accounting
• Ideally first professional experience in financial accounting
• Basic knowledge of IT-systems (financial) and excellent MS Office skills
• Native speaker Italian and very good English
• Team oriented and good communication skills
• Reliable and loyal, energetic and enthusiastic
• Proactive and self-starter, stress-resistant
• Analytical mindset and a commitment to achieve
