Position

(Junior) AI Prompter (all genders) – Frankfurt / Berlin

Your Tasks

Prompt Development: Design, test, and refine prompts for tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, and more to deliver brand-aligned outputs.
Creative Collaboration: Work with copywriters, designers, and strategists to blend AI content into concepts and presentations.
Quality & Compliance: Ensure outputs meet creative standards, reflect brand voice, and comply with ethical, copyright, and data privacy regulations.
Prompt Library: Build and maintain a repository of reusable prompts for various use cases.
Experimentation: Explore new AI tools, evaluate usability, and share insights.
Workflow Integration: Streamline AI adoption in creative processes.
Knowledge Sharing: Document best practices and train teams on AI-assisted creativity.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of AI developments and share key insights.

Your Profile

Strong interest in feature films, advertising, video gaming, and animation.
2+ years of experience working with generative AI tools or in a related creative/technical role.
Solid understanding of how AI models work and how to guide them effectively.
Creative thinker with a structured approach to problem-solving.
Familiarity with tools such as Runway, ComfyUI, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Moonvalley, Google Veo3, Nano Banana, Adobe Firefly, among others.
Strong communication skills in English and German.
Creatively driven, meticulous, team-oriented, proactive, and curious.
Solid understanding of licensing and copyright principles.
