As a Tender Architect (m/f/d), you are an essential part of our team and play a significant role in ensuring our construction projects run smoothly and efficiently. You bring not only your expertise and experience but also your enthusiasm for high-tech facilities.

Explore Your Tasks And Responsibilities

• Independently prepare specifications for construction projects.
• Compile all tender documents in close coordination with the team.
• Provide functional descriptions of all work packages.
• Coordinate and integrate the services of all technical participants.
• Determine prices for the specifications and reconcile budgets with internal and external databases.
• Maintain the internal database.

Show Your Expertise

• Several years of professional experience in tendering and awarding construction services, ideally with experience in VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures).
• Proficient in using the latest AVA programs (tendering, awarding, billing), preferably ITWO.
• Interest in digital tools and the integration of AVA and BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Proficient in German and English.
• Structured and reliable working style, willingness to work, and excellent communication skills.
