We create digital experiences, campaigns and visual systems at the intersection of creative excellence, technological innovation and strategic thinking – for ambitious international clients and projects.

As a Junior Art Director Digital , you contribute to international digital brand worlds that are visually compelling, technologically relevant and designed specifically for the digital space. You work within interdisciplinary teams across design, motion, 3D, creative technology and strategy, shaping projects that go far beyond individual assets.

AI, motion and emerging creative technologies are not add-ons for us. They are becoming an essential part of modern digital creation – from ideation and design to animation workflows and scalable content production.

WHAT YOU DO

• Create visual concepts, designs and motion assets for international digital campaigns, experiences and platforms
• Translate creative lead ideas intoclear, well-crafted digital and motion design executions
• Contribute tomotion, 3D and visual design tasks within interdisciplinary project teams
• Actively support theintegration of AI and generative AI tools into creative workflows
• Designanimations, visuals and motion content across a variety of digital touchpoints
• Collaborate closely withSenior Art Directors, Creative Directors, Creative Technologists and developers
• Help evolvevisual styles, motion languages and digital design systems
• Ensurehigh-quality design execution and visual consistency across deliverables
• Stay curious about trends in digital design, motion, 3D, visual culture and AI

WHO YOU ARE

• Degree or comparable education in design, motion design, visual communication or digital media
• First professional experience, internships or relevant project work, ideally in adigital or agency environment
• Strong visual sensibility for design, motion and digital aesthetics
• Basic skills inmotion design and ideally first exposure to3D
• High affinity for digital trends, emerging technologies and AI-driven creative tools
• Clear understanding thatAI and motion are becoming essential skills in modern digital creation
• Curious mindset with a strong willingness tolearn, grow and develop creatively
• Structured, reliable and collaborative working style
• Fluent in German and a good command of English
