Junior Art Director (f | m | d)

Your tasks

• Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors and the New Business & Strategy Team.
• Give support in developing creative communication concepts and campaigns – primarily for digital channels.
• Assist in daily operations, pitches, and presentations: mood research (images & videos), presentation design, Photoshop layouts, storyboards, style frames, social media assets & motion graphics.
• Design New Business and PR materials.
• Become responsible for the Art Direction throughout entire projects: ensuring quality from concept to on‑set support and quality control of all assets that leave the house.
• Proactively bring in ideas and experiences to help shape the future of our creative department.

You should bring

• A degree in graphic design, media, or animation.
• Initial experience in the agency world or a similar creative environment.
• The ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• The desire to learn and grow under the lead of experienced Designers & Creative Directors.
• A strong sense of visual composition and a deep interest in trends happening in digital media, cinematography, animation, and design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially AfterEffects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign); experience with DaVinci Resolve & Canva is a plus.
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
